Dubai is hosting two of the world’s largest and most important property shows in October. At the beginning of the month is the annual Cityscape Dubai expo and the end of the month will see the Worldwide Property Show. Cityscape Dubai will run from the 5th through the 8th of October at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Worldwide Property Show will run from the 29th through the 31st of October at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
This annual Cityscape expo is a perfect time for investors, builders and developers, governments and overseas property buyers to see what is going on in Dubai and the rest of the world in the property market. The 2009 edition will be the 8th for Cityscape Dubai and is the world’s largest international business-to-business real estate investment and development event. It brings together people, companies and governments from all over the world, focusing on all aspects of both residential and commercial real estate.
The Worldwide Property Show was launched in 1996 and is the longest established exhibition in the Middle East. This year it will host some 100 developers, agents and financial institutions to exhibit and promote their services to anyone interested in Middle East property. The exhibition is open to the public and is aimed at affluent national and expatriate investors who are interested in either residential or commercial real estate.
