Buyers looking for the latest celebrity houses for sale
will be excited to see that David Schwimmer has listed his Los Angeles home
this week for $10.7 million.
The actor, who became famous in TV sitcom Friends, has turned director in recent years and is looking to make a similar move in residence. Schwimmerââ¬â¢s 11,000 square foot Mediterranean-style home
boasts nine bedrooms within its impressive walls. The actor bought the property in
2001 for $5.5 million, before having it renovated to include a private cinema, a formal dining room, a
library and swimming pool. The property also includes a detached guesthouse, which features its own bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room.
Schwimmer is planning to move home with his wife to find a place big enough to house their growing family but according to the Wall
Street Journal, Schwimmer plans to remain in the Hancock Park area.
