Court Reveals Wayne Rooney Property Riches

08/02/10-A court case involving England and Manchester football star Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen has helped reveal the true extent of the couple’s property riches. The case involving a dispute with their management company also confirms that that the pair earn more than £8 million a year.
 
The celebrity couple are accused of not paying £4.3 million to their former management company, and will appear next week to give their version of events. The couple are holding back the money as a result of a dispute.
 
Wayne and Coleen UK home dubbed Rooney Towers is located in Prestbury Cheshire an area famous for footballers and celebrity homes. The mansion is said to be worth a cool £4.5million
 
Rooney Towers has a home cinema, gym, indoor pool, hot tub, hair salon and spray-tanning booth. There are his-and-hers sinks and loops and a dressing room that Coleen has already grown out of – she also has clothes rails in one of the spare bedrooms.
 
The couple’s overseas property portfolio starts in the Sunshine state of Florida where they own an apartment in Port Charlotte, Florida, bought for £320,000. The most expensive property abroad takes the form of land on the Royal Westmoreland estate in Barbados. The couple plan to build a £5 million luxury house on the Caribbean island renowned for celebrities.
 
The overseas property website Homegofast.com recently commented on Barbados and found that it was fast becoming the designer capital of the Caribbean. Property developments such as those at Portico Barbados starting at $4,950,000 were now all about design and contemporary architecture.
