Beverley Hills now boasts Simon Cowell as a resident,
according to recent reports.

Rumours suggest that the X Factor USA judge’s house was
purchased in the last month. The home, located in Trousdale Estates, was
previously up for sale for 2004, but Cowell stepped in to buy the property even
though it was off the market.

According to AOL, Cowell was browsing luxury rental
properties in the area and was introduced to the four-bedroom home. After being
impressed by the 7,265 square foot house, the X Factor presenter, whose
personal net worth is estimated to be around $200million, made an offer,
eventually buying the mansion for $13.5 million.
