This agreement applies to developers listing their properties on HomesGoFast.com and EuropeanProperty.com, operated by My Wokingham Media Group Ltd.

1. Parties Involved

This agreement is between My Wokingham Media Group Ltd (“The Platform”) and the Developer (“You”). By signing and making payment, you accept these terms.

2. Package Overview

  • Package 1 – €44.99/month: Unlimited listings, 10 featured properties, no commission, cancel anytime
  • Package 2 – €149 setup + 1% commission: Includes Package 1 + showcase page and lead delivery
  • Package 3 – €149 setup + 2% commission or agent referral: Includes Package 2 + local agent referral (we earn from the agent or charge 2% if we sell directly)

3. Setup Fee & Identity Verification

You must submit accurate business contact details and pay the setup fee before your listings or showcase go live. We may request ID and proof of business.

4. Lead Handling Responsibilities

Leads must be acknowledged within 48 hours, followed up professionally, and status updates must be reported within 7 days. Keep detailed records. Do not share leads with third parties.

5. Commission Payments

Commission is due within 14 calendar days of legal completion. Late payments may incur 3% interest above the Bank of England base rate. Failure to pay may result in legal action.

6. Prior Relationship with Leads

Notify us within 3 working days if you already have a relationship with a referred lead. Proof (e.g. CRM record) is required. Without proof, commission is owed.

7. Confidentiality

All leads are confidential and may only be used to promote your developments listed on our platforms. Unauthorised sharing is prohibited.

8. Term & Termination

Package 1 is monthly with cancel-anytime. Packages 2 and 3 require a 12-month commitment. No refunds after setup and marketing begin.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be resolved through direct negotiation. If unresolved, parties agree to mediation before legal action.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Declaration & Acceptance

By signing up, making payment, or submitting listings, you confirm you are authorised to act on behalf of the Developer and agree to all terms stated.

12. Required Action Before Listing Goes Live

  1. Submit business and contact details via onboarding form
  2. Agree to these terms via form checkbox
  3. Make payment
  4. Await approval to go live
