Cave House in Galera, Granada

The cave is detached with two separate driveways that lead a 300m2 patio.

It consists of –

An open plan kitchen dining room;
5 bedrooms;
6 bathrooms;
2 chimney places;
A lounge; and
An office.

You can enter the property via two double doored entrances. One takes you directly into the open planned kitchen and dining room area and the other into a large hallway that leads to four of the bedrooms.

The two entrances both lead to the cosy lounge that has an open fire and a staircase that take you up to the office.

There is also a staircase leading from the dining room up to the master bedroom that has an unsuited bathroom and private terrace.

The first door on the left of the hallway takes you into a lounge that has a bathroom at one end and a bedroom at the other. This is perfect for guests.

The kitchen is unfinished as are the bathrooms.

Galera is a pretty and historical village which has a school, a hotel, small supermarkets, a swimming pool open during the summer months, a doctor's surgery, a chemist, bars and a weekly market, etc.

The nearest airport is 1.5 hours drive away (Granada), followed by Almeria (1h45) , Murcia (2h15) and Alicante (2h30) airports.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin which is around 50 minutes drive away.
