You enter into the living room which has a fireplace and beyond that is the kitchen. The kitchen has a low ceiling so the floors would need to be lowered in this room to make it an average height. There is also a double bedroom coming off from the living room.

A hallway leads to 3 further bedrooms, which link to one another and a bathroom. At the back of the kitchen is a woodstore area which leads round back to the bedrooms.

There is good ventilation within the cave and it´s in good condition. It has a hole dug in the wall in the corner of one of the bedrooms (this is quite usual in cave homes reformed to a Spanish standard) and the area at the back of the kitchen leading round to the bedroom area provides good ventilation.

The two back bedrooms have uneven varnished stone floors so the purchaser may want to have these evened out and tiled, or they could be kept rustic.

The build size is 60m2 and there is mains water and electricity connected currently although the electricity will probably need updating.

There are lovely mountain views across open countryside from the patio area which covers around 60m2 so there´s enough room to park a car and have a dining area as well. There is a small utility room here as well just by the front door.

The property is situated just 5 minutes walk away from village amenities which include a school, a doctor´s surgery, a hotel, a butcher´s, a chemist´s, bread shop, small supermarkets, a weekly market and a spring fed swimming pool open all year round.

Nearest airports are Granada (1h30's drive away), followed by Almeria, Murcia and Alicante.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away although there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is 50 minutes drive away.
