You can construct on the land behind the garage and interior patio (there are existing pillars from where they were going to build a nave on the land above) The land has great views.

It's just a short walk away from village amenities.

There is a huge open air swimming pool in the adjoining hamlet of Los Olivos (5 mins drive by car) open during the summer months.

Castillejar has all the usual amenities including a weekly market and is around 1h30 to the coast and just 40 mins/45km drive away from the beautiful Lake Negratin which has beach areas.

The nearest airport is Granada which is approximately 1h35 drive away (125km), Murcia 1h55 (168km) then Almeria 2h (188km), Alicante 2h40 (240km) and lastly Malaga 2h40 (247km).
