Cave House in Galera, Granada

This cave house is situated around 15 minutes walk away from amenities in the historical and pretty village of Galera and has a great size patio area which is around 180m2 and has an overgrown grassy area which with some tlc could make a good vegetable patch. This measures around 13m x 6m.

It has all services connected (electricity needs updating) and internet is possible.

You enter into a large hallway and there is a bedroom opposite. To your right is a small storage room, the bathroom, a twin bedroom and living room with small storage space at the end.

To your left of the entrance area is a living room with fireplace, the kitchen and two further bedrooms.

Upstairs there are 3 rooms approximately 20m2, 30m2 and 30m2 which are unreformed and just used for storage presently. There is a balcony around 12m2 with beautiful views over the local countryside.

There is a large garage with leads to a 60m cave tunnel!! This is where the ropes used to be made for boats apparently! Within the garage there is a room with a well.

Galera is situated just 45 minutes drive away from the beautiful Lake Negratin with its beach areas and just 1h30 drive away from the coast.

Nearest airport is Granada which is 1h30 drive away, followed by Almeria 1h45, then Murcia 2h and Alicante 2h15.
