Cave House in Cortes de Baza, Granada

This really is a great deal if you're looking for a lot of 'bang for your buck'!

Two independent caves, one was renovated 15 years ago and then left, services need re connecting and the whole place needs a good clean through.

Comprising of; Entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, second reception room, five bedrooms and a store room.

The second cave is ready to reform, wonderfully tall ceilings and it's comprised of two long tunnels linked together at a central point with two rooms leading from the left hand tunnel. This would make a spacious four bedroom property.

Outside there's a patio to both properties, a turning area and three small plots of land with various trees.

Access is fine but not for motorhomes. The village is a five minute walk away. Internet is available.

Las Cucharetas is a very small village with a bread shop and lovely views. Cortes de Baza is a five minute drive away where you'll find a handful of shops, bars and a weekly market.

Granada airport is the closest and it's a 90 minute drive away.
