Cave House in Carramaiza, Granada

It faces south and has magnificent views of the Altiplano.

It has 3 bedrooms, a living room with TV, a dining room with a wood-burning stove and two ovens, one of which is a traditional Moorish oven. There is also a kitchen, a large pantry, a bathroom, a garage for two cars and a motorcycle, and a woodshed. The floor in the front of the cave is slate, and there is also a plot of land in front of the cave with three terraces for growing vegetables.

It has all utilities: water, electricity, sewage, and garbage collection.

It is being sold fully furnished.

The coast is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car (145 km), although there are also beach areas on Lake Negratín, which is about 40 minutes by car from Carramaiza.

Cueva situada en la tranquila pedanía de Carramaiza, conocida como El Balcón de Europa , a 7 Km de Cortes de Baza, a 12 Km de Campo Cámara y a 5 minutos del Pantano del Negratín y de su Balneario.

Está orientada al Sur y tiene magníficas vistas del Altiplano.

Tiene 3 dormitorios, salón con tv, comedor con estufa de leña y dos hornos, uno árabe. Cocina, despensa grande, cuarto de baño, cochera para dos coches y moto y habitación leñera. El suelo de la parte delantera de la cueva es de pizarra, también tiene un trozo de tierra frente a la cueva con tres terrazas para plantar verduras.

Dispone de todos los servicios de agua, luz, alcantarillado y recogida de basura.

Se entrega completamente amueblada.

La costa está a aproximadamente 1h40 minutos en coche (145 km), aunque también hay zonas de playa en el lago Negratín, que está a unos 40 minutos en coche desde Carramaiza.
