Cave House in Baza, Granada

Theres a good size piece of land included so theres plenty of room for a garden and an above-ground pool and it has great views.

The first cave house has a patio and consists of the following –
A kitchen with fireplace
A lounge-diner with fireplace
A living room
A kitchen
A bathroom.
The second floor has two bedrooms.

Theres also a large garage for several vehicles, the piece of land and the second cave with 5 rooms.

The services were connected previously but are not now and need re-connecting.

Baza is famous for its "Cascamorras" fiesta which takes place on the 6th of September and is only a 10 minute drive from the beautiful Lake Negratin which has beach areas, hot springs and water sports available.

In addition to Granada airport which is 1h30 drive away and has ski-ing during the winter months, other accessible airports are Almería, Murcia, Alicante and Málaga. The coast is an hour and a half away by car.

Una casa cueva y una cueva en Baza, la primera tiene restaurada la casa, la cueva está por restaurar, la segunda cueva para restaurar por completo.

Con un buen trozo de tierra para hacer una piscina y jardines, y con muy buenas vistas.

La casa cueva tiene un buen patio exterior y cuenta con cocina con chimenea, salón comedor con chimenea, más 5 habitaciones en cueva; un salón, cocina y baño en casa. En la segunda planta de la casa hay dos dormitorios.

Aparte hay una gran cochera para varios vehículos, el trozo de tierra y la segunda cueva con 5 habitaciones. Todos los servicios conectados pero cortados.

Baza es famosa por su fiesta "Cascamorras" que tiene lugar el 6 septiembre y está a solo 10 minutos en coche del hermoso lago Negratin, que tiene áreas de playa, aguas termales y deportes acuáticos disponibles.

Además de Granada, otros aeropuertos accesibles son Almería, Murcia, Alicante y Málaga. La costa está a una hora y media en coche.
