Cave House in Benamaurel, Granada

The house consists of 4 large bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen and living room, two living rooms and an interior patio, all rooms have radiators.

All mains services are connected and internet is possible.

There is a garage with room for one car and behind it is a room with an oil boiler, the oil tank and a water tank.

To the right of the house is the first cave that has two rooms fitted out as more bedrooms, there are seven rooms to restore and a living room with a fireplace.

In the upper part of the house there is another cave needing complete reformation, it has 7 rooms and good outside space. Parking is on street.

Benamaurel has all the usual amenities which are just 5 minutes by foot. There are various shops, bars, a 24 hour medical centre, a Sunday morning market and a swimming pool open during summer months.

It's around 1h30 drive away from the coast and 25 minutes (30km) drive away from Lake Negratin which has beach areas.

The nearest airport is Granada which is approximately 1h15 (152km). The other nearest airports are – Almeria 1h39 (166km), Murcia 2h10 (200km), Alicante 2h20 (237) and Malaga 2h22 (244km).
