Land in Seron, Almeria

Irrigation water is available every Friday of every month.

There are 120 olive trees in production with a harvest of about 6,000 kilos of olives yielding 22% oil.

There's an area of about 2,000m that is empty so another 50 trees could be added. It includes about 50 almond trees that you can use to collect about 600 kilos of almonds.

Access is good for machinery and large tonnage vehicles, only 500m from the tarmac road, 3km to the town of Serón with all services.
