Beautiful cave ready to move into, renovated and equipped, with beautiful views of the valley of the Negratin reservoir. This cave house goes right through the hillside so there's a rear patio with spectacular views.
Only a few meters from the viewpoint of Chacha Carmen where you can see the exterior sculptures created by the famous artist.
Its entire construction is based on a ground floor with a large entrance porch, living room, kitchen, separate bathroom, 5 bedrooms, one of them with access to a small garden, a family bathroom.
Separated from the house, there is another cave with 3 rooms used as storage and there's a parking area.

Bacor village sits at the end of the lake Negratin which has many access points for swimming, fishing and water sports. The village has a lovely bar serving food and a handful of shops for day to day use. Very pretty and peaceful.
