ACCOMMODATION:
A newly built house on two floors:
Second floor – four bedrooms each with their own bathroom and a lookout room overlooking the property.
Ground floor – a further four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lounge area with fireplace and a very large fully fitted kitchen. There is a veranda with a raised balcony enabling excellent views of the Sagra Mountain.

There is also a second cortijo in need of some work.

The property is powered entirely by renewable energy in the form of a water powered turbine. If the new owners wanted they could connect to mains electricity as there are power lines approximately 1km away.

Water is supplied from the property via a pump.

The land is approximately 50% wooded mountain, with pine and oak, and 50% grassland. Dispersed throughout the property are working parts of the farm. The property has it's own mountain water supplies with six natural springs that flow throughout the year. There is also a lagoon with four months water storage, this can be enlarged if required.

The whole property is fenced to contain the 60 common deer, 20 fallow deer, 90 mountain sheep, 25 goats, partridge and wild boar (quantities are approximate). The animals are well fed and are prize specimens in the area and because of the quality of the feed many of the animals breed twice a year.

This is the largest private hunting ground in the area.
