GROSSETO (GR), loc. Seggiano: organic winery located at 400 meters above sea level on 4 hectares, mostly cultivated with vineyards, in the area of the Montecucco DOCG territory.

The vines were planted in 2010 and consist mainly of Sangiovese grapes with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The property also includes a 300 sqm cellar divided into a vinification room, aging room, services, and a tasting room with facilities on the first floor of 75 sqm with a terrace and a photovoltaic system. Possibility to build a residential building on top.

The company has its own brand and commercial activity. The location and exposure of the company allow for the production of high-quality wine with highly appreciated and reviewed flavors. Possibility to purchase an additional 4 hectares of Sangiovese vineyard at the border.
