This villa is located in a very quiet residential area, in a cul-de-sac.

On the ground floor, we find a pleasant entrance hall that leads to the living and dining room, with direct access to the outdoor area. Still on this floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, and there is another bathroom on this floor. From this floor, we have access to the terrace, where we have a magnificent view over the lagoon and the Alvor beach.

The basement has a cinema room with a fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a storage room.

The outdoor area has a heated power swimming pool and a pleasant garden with a barbecue, ideal to enjoy the Algarve weather.
