
Ajuda Palace Residence by Maexpa
Signs that the construction industry is managing to continue growth can be seen with one international property developer who now has several projects underway in Portugal & Poland. The homes being built are all aimed at the luxury property markets and include some very impressive golf property and apartments in Portugal including Ajuda Palace Residence in Lisbon.
Maexpa International is part of Grupo Maexpa was established in 1989 its head office in Santiago de Compostela, Spain, Grupo Maexpa has expanded throughout the Iberian Peninsula. Portuguese and Spanish developments still make up the majority of its project portfolio but it has also expanded into Mexico, Morocco, Poland, Angola, Romania, Hungary and Slovakia. The group has grown steadily for many years, sales revenue rose from €145 million in 2003 to €210 million in 2005 and €290 million by 2006. For the first time Grupo Maexpa is marketing its properties to the UK. It opened a London Sales Office in Victoria in May 2008 which will be managed by David Black, International Sales Manager and a team of professional sales consultants.
