Spanish Property Investors Think Murcia

Spanish property investors seeking the ideal region to buy in Spain should take a good look at Murcia Costa Calida Spain.
The city of Murcia, with a population of 560,000 in the metro area, is the major city and capital of the region. The city is a bit inland, but less than an hour’s drive to the coast. It is semi-arid and is located in the middle of the huerta of Murcia, which is a low lying plain. There are several historic sites to see in the city. The Cathedral of the Diocese of Cartagena was built in the 14th and 15th centuries in Castilian Gothic style, with later additions. The Glorieta is the city center, where the city hall is located.
The Murcia coastline is rich in contrasts and full of surprises for visitors to this part of Spain. There are solitary coves that appear suddenly in the midst of long, idyllic beaches, and completely bare mountains that tower over lush, green market gardens. And surprises such as that offered by La Manga del Mar Menor, one of nature´s most beautiful and unique spots that draws thousands of visitors to its sandy beaches every year.
